MailMerge 4 Domino

MailMerge4Domino is the first real mailmerge tool on the market that delivers really on-the fly personal mailing-merge capabilities.
Your contacts can easily be maintained on contact forms which can be extended and new marketing letters can easily be imported and previewed before beeing released in a mass-merge operation.
For each contact, there is an overview of the sent messages and subscribtions.
The most common settings like gender, language, ... are already present on the contact form and can easily be used during the mail merge.

Dynamic Footer for Domino

Uniform footers and/or disclaimers are a must for every company. Uniform footers -which show your contact's information- within your company have a good influence on your companies perception by the outer world and also help the internal people by taking away the complexity of making them. Disclaimers on the other hand are there for other reasons like restricting the legal responsibility in terms of content or confidentiality for miss-addressed mails. Combining those 2 different items becomes even more complex within the larger companies. A simple disclaimer for the company can be done with basic features in Lotus Domino/Notes but whenever the need for more advanced features for your footer or disclaimer the Brain² dynamic footer for Lotus Domino software is the answer, multi-brand companies are just a simple example. Criteria can be set on almost a per person basis, as long as the necessary information is available (ex. through some fields in the Domino Directory).
When a company policy outlines how the footer and/or disclaimer should appear, it's easy to start with the software. As your environment can change our software can as well, this as the software was completely developed inhouse.

Also good to know is that new EU regulations make footers or disclaimers an obligation for all external communications.
