Managed ServicesThis is about server management, security and infrastructure in out-, in- or co-sourcing. Based on our practical expertise we help our customers with their infrastructure. We deliver installation and support services in the area's of groupware, security and networking. These managed services can be done remotely, onsite or in full outsourcing mode. In the area of groupware we design and implement Domino™ and Exchange™ configurations. For some of these customers, typically when they have to deal with more than 1000 users, we give onsite support. For other customers the support is organized remotely via our "The Domino Service Desk". To protect the networks and infrastructure of our customers we offer them security solutions in terms of hardware, software and services. For network protection we implement and manage Firewall solutions based on Juniper appliances. Anti-Virus and SPAM protection is offered via the TrendMicro product suite. Both offerings are available in an on-demand mode or in a SaaS-concept. Read more here. |
